Referral Process Guidelines

Mention Referee

The student's application must clearly mention the referee's name in the designated referral section during the admission process.

First Recorded Claim

A referred student is associated with only one referee. In case of duplicate claims, the first recorded submission is Treated valid.

Marketing Exclusions

Students identified directly through University advertisements, promotions, counselling, or exhibitions are not eligible.

Eligibility for Benefits

  • Referred student must successfully complete the entire admission process.
  • Referred student must pay the complete fees applicable for the program.
  • Admission must be verified and reconciled by Dr. P. A. Inamdar University.

Important Terms & Conditions

  • Benefits are not adjusted against student's tuition fees or institutional dues.
  • Benefits are payable only after full fee payment by the admitted student.
  • If student cancels admission before course commencement, no benefit is payable.
  • Referee may be required to submit ID and banking details for processing.
  • The University decisions on discrepancy or dispute are final and binding.

Referral Participation Exclusions

Current students, full-time/part-time employees, contractual staff, visiting faculty, administrative staff, and personnel directly associated with Azam Campus or the University are not eligible to participate.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Campus Alumni Status: Completed preceding qualifying education from an authorized Azam Campus institution (e.g., 12th Std to UG, or UG to PG).
  • Academic Standards: Satisfy all standard admission requirements and cut-offs prescribed by the University.
  • Conduct and Discipline: Maintain a satisfactory disciplinary record with no major violations.

Continuity Requirements

  • Must maintain a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or above in subsequent academic years.
  • Must remain in good academic and disciplinary standing.
  • Must comply with all institutional rules and regulations. Failure to maintain requirements may result in withdrawal of benefits.

Loyalty Benefits Overview

Eligible students may receive special continuity benefits under this scheme as determined by the University from time to time. Specific details are communicated and processed directly through the Admissions Office.

Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions

  • Loyalty benefits are strictly non-transferable and applicable only to the eligible student.
  • The institution may issue a revised fee structure reflecting approved concessions.
  • If a student is eligible for multiple concessions, only one benefit may be availed (no combination of benefits).
  • The University reserves the right to withdraw benefits in case of fraudulent documentation or disciplinary violations.
