Conduct Guidelines (Page ID: 592)

Admission & Campus Rules

Official rules and regulations governing code of conduct, class punctuality, lab security, and campus access policy.

Attendance Requirement

A minimum of 75% class attendance is mandatory for students to be eligible to sit for any semester, year, or course-end examinations.

Campus Access Card

Carrying a valid college ID card is mandatory for entry. Students are strictly not allowed on campus premises without it.

Punctuality

Decorum must be maintained. Arriving late restricts entry to technical computer labs and classrooms.

Prohibited Substances

The use of tobacco, alcohol, or other similar substances on college premises is a serious offense and is strictly prohibited.

Lab Dining Restriction

To protect high-tech computers and drawing equipment, no eatables (solids or liquids) are permitted in technical labs.

Property Damage Liability

Students are liable to pay the full replacement cost (lowest Pune market price) of any damaged device, equipment, or campus property caused by them.

CCTV Monitoring

The entire campus premises are monitored via active CCTV surveillance. Students must maintain absolute decorum at all times.

Anti-Ragging Regulations

Rigid guidelines and legal actions enforced to maintain a safe, welcoming, and harassment-free academic campus environment.

Prohibited Behavior

Ragging of any kind is strictly prohibited both on-campus and off-campus. This includes verbal teasing/harassment, rowdy or undisciplined activities causing physical/psychological harm, forced acts causing embarrassment, financial extortion, and physical/sexual abuse.

Severe Penalties & Punishments

  • Immediate cancellation of admission.
  • Suspension from attending classes and academic privileges.
  • Withholding exam results and withholding/withdrawing scholarships.
  • Rustication or complete expulsion from the institution.
  • Debarring from representing the college in sports, fests, or meets.
  • Mandatory legal action: The institution will file an FIR with the police within 24 hours of reporting.
