Placement Framework & Regulations

Essential standards every candidate must satisfy for campus recruitment assistance.

Eligibility Criteria

  • A minimum of 75% attendance is required to be eligible for placement.
  • Students who have a backlog in any subject or year are not eligible for placement.
  • Students with additional skill sets or professional certifications can have more opportunities.

Placement Requirements

  • Students must submit the placement registration form issued by the TPO.
  • Students must submit their portfolio to the TPO for review.
  • The portfolio must be hosted on Behance, ArtStation, or an online website.
  • Pre-placement workshops and industry talks will be arranged throughout the academic year; students must attend these.
  • Students must attend the inner engineering and HR sessions conducted by the Principal.

Internship Policy

  • Every student must enroll for at least two-month internships after the 1st semester of the final year.
  • If a student is doing any internship during the academic year (TY), they must inform the placement cell.
  • First-year and second-year students are strictly prohibited from doing internships, as it negatively impacts college attendance and academic performance. However, micro-internships during the summer vacation may be allowed.

Training and Development

  • Soft skills training sessions will be arranged by the college, and students must attend them.
  • Industry-relevant certification guidance and advice may be provided by the college.
  • Mock interviews will be conducted by the college, and students must attend them.

Placement Assistance

  • The placement cell or faculty will help students develop resumes and portfolios according to industry standards.
  • The college will arrange job opportunities for students through on-campus or off-campus interviews.
  • Any placement-related activity deemed important will be conducted by the college when necessary.

Placement Rules and Regulations

The college does not guarantee placement; it should be considered an assistance to students.

Required professional attire and soft skills must be adhered to by each candidate during the interview session.

False or misleading information in a resume or portfolio will lead to disqualification from placement opportunities.

A maximum of three placement opportunities will be provided to each student, which may increase on a case-by-case basis.

Placement opportunities will be shared with candidates based on their preferred field choice.

Students must submit a copy of their offer letter to the college for placement records.

Students are expected to provide a video or Google review for the placement assistance provided by the college.
